Conducting a comprehensive global survey of stablecoin issuers to gather empirical data on reserve models, audit standards, and regional compliance burdens.

DARA is deploying a structured industry survey to all active stablecoin issuers. The aggregated findings will form a foundational Policy Whitepaper submitted directly to:

1. Global Petition: Removing Statute of Limitations
Goal: Spearheading a global legislative campaign to eliminate statutory time limits for digital asset crime victims, ensuring perpetrators remain accountable regardless of law enforcement processing delays.
Coordinating regional task force leads to initiate country-by-country legal outreach and sponsor mobilization.
2. EProcess Server Infrastructure
Goal: Establishing standardized legal tech protocols and immutable blockchain infrastructure for on-chain service of process, providing verifiable proof of service for international judicial systems.
